We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient booking process of patients, answering phones, and working with a multidisciplinary team. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments, confirm and rebook appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inputting information, faxing, invoicing
- Provide general support to staff members as needed

- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
