As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Condo Control, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to support our sales team. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with sales and marketing to drive growth and bring innovative solutions to communities.

**Work Setup**:

- Hybrid work model: 4 remote workdays per week with 1 day per week at our office, conveniently located above College subway station in Toronto.

**Interview Process**: What to Expect
**Our hiring process includes three steps**:
1. A phone interview.
2. Two Zoom video interviews.
3. A possible final in
- person meeting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify inbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule and set up meetings or product demonstrations for Sales Executives.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute outreach campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate and timely tracking of all prospect interactions.
- Build relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and how Condo Control can solve them.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and provide insights into improving outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting automation software.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales cycles and lead generation best practices.
