EA Mobile Culture Coordinator
We have a unique opportunity for a creative individual to help build the internal culture across the EA Mobile organization. This role within the EA Mobile Central Operations team is focused on creating and implementing compelling events and culture programs to unify our global mobile organization and foster inclusive communities. The EA Mobile Culture Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, Culture Operations & Communications.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will assist with planning, coordinating, and running quarterly employee engagement activities for up to 1700 EA Mobile employees around the globe. Focusing on fun, engaging, and collaborative activities/programs that help to retain and attract mobile talent by having a fun workplace that creates a sense of belonging and purpose.
- You will create a process to seek out employee areas of interest and groups/activities (Book/Movie Clubs, Knitting, Magic the Gathering, etc.).
- You will vet and manage all venues and services needed for events, virtual or otherwise.
- You will coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and brainstorming sessions
- You will oversee and maintain any culture programs and platforms rolled out to our organization (i.e., Bonusly and Random Coffee).
- You will solicit and evaluate event feedback, using that to create value for the mobile organization through engagement and culture development. Communicate updates, concerns, and details for all events.
- You will attend events to supervise and ensure things run smoothly and tackle issues that may arise.
- **Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of relevant events & culture experience
- BA/BFA or equivalent
- **Even better if you have**:
- Experience in mobile gaming
- Experience managing workplace events
- Experience in copywriting and internal communications
- Design/Creative Experience creating assets for events and culture projectsUS COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $27 - $41 USD Hourly
The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
