**Key Responsibilities**:
Planning and Coordination
- Help plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement activities for EA Mobile employees worldwide.
- Coordinate Culture Team meetings and brainstorming sessions and record action items for follow-up.
- Coordinate and manage various platforms and programs to promote a positive work environment, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Attend EA Mobile culture events to supervise and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate shipment of prizes and gifts.
- Coordinate with Legal to ensure program compliance.
- Research vendors, act as the main contact, assist with contract negotiations, and track deliverables.

**Communication and Content Creation**:

- Maintain the master internal communication calendar.
- Engage with employees on Slack to help answer questions and/or provide support
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel internal communication campaigns to shape group culture, communicate strategic priorities, and drive awareness and engagement of culture programs.
- Manage the production of EA Mobile's weekly newsletter, ensuring the content is engaging and informative.
- Create visual assets for events, culture projects, and presentations, including graphics for various platforms and channels.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for Town Halls and other team meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content for internal communications channels such as Slack, intranet, and the weekly newsletter.

**Strategy and Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and inform strategy.

**Miscellaneous**:

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or support role, ideally within gaming, employee engagement, or internal communications.
- Proactive individual eager to learn and grow, demonstrating initiative in anticipating needs and continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Interest/Experience in mobile gaming
- Experience managing virtual and hybrid events
- Experience in copywriting and internal communications
- Experience in web design is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $98,500 - $144,500 USD Annually
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $87,100 - $144,500 USD Annually
- Jersey City, NJ:
º $116,400 - $144,500 USD Annually
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $91,600 - $122,200 USD Annually
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $87,100 - $144,000 USD Annually
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $79,900 - $111,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity
