Responsibilities:

- Provide project coordination support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
- About 50% workload is related to bookkeeping/tax reporting tasks (training will be provided)
- Act as a personal assistant to the office managers, providing support
- Can work in rotated time schedule (busy season working slot may be changed to 1:30PM-6:30PM)

Qualifications:

- College/university degree/certificate or equivalent with accounting background required (must be learned in Canada);
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and filing documents
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $16.80-$17.50 per hour
