Office Administrative Assistant

Order entry
- Conduct and complete any other duties requested by Senior Management.
- Prepare customer invoices and post payments.
- Check, verify, and process invoices
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
**-Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, and Outlook**
**-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, MATCH, INDEX, Pivot Table**
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
