**Job Opening: Office Assistant**

We are currently looking for an office administration assistant in the property management company for commercial properties including: Retail, Industrial Real Estates located in Markham, Richmond Hill and Brampton

Job Location: Markham

**Qualifications**:

- Highly self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to maintain Landlord/Tenant relations.
- Be able to communicate effectively to all contractors, trades, tenants, and all Fieldgate staff.
- Capacity to take direction with ability to work well under mínimal supervision
- Ontario Driver’s License required
- Fluent command of English language
- High School diploma is a minimum
- Occasional evenings and weekend work

**Experience with some skills and know-how would be an asset**:

- Office management in the field of real estate.
- Customer/Tenants relationship maintenance
- Project management ( planning, scheduling and coordinating)
- Outsourcing job tenders and contractor evaluations ( Quote and estimates evaluations, work coordinating)
- Book Keeping

**Responsibility Briefs**:

- Schedule and follow up with the property manager or maintenance staff to conduct routine inspections of the Properties.
- Coordinate maintenance jobs among the property manager, maintenance staff and contractors in timely manner.
- Perform Office Book Keeping for company expenses receipts and invoices.
- Routine duties as the front desk receptionist.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the property manager and directors.
- Book Keeping company expenses
- Work and office admin records filing

**Salary**: $15.50-$26.32 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 5H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: In person
