Programme Manager with Salesforce

This position is for a highly skilled program manager with a proven experience managing complex quote to cash programs. You must possess excellent communication skills, experience managing projects in a matrix organization, the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion, and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will need to evaluate data, utilize best practices and identify processes to improve/automate.

Highly entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative with a demonstrated bias for action and thriving in a matrixed, fast paced environment
- Ability to point to specific examples of having led or supported large, cross-functional transformation projects, program development and the business results achieved.
- Effectively manage, motivate and champion a team of cross-functional project members
- Run effectively with project plan, RAID logs, meeting agenda, notes and proper follow-ups
- Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 3-5 years of experience and a track record in complex program management.
- PMP preferred
- Strong Smartsheet, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Salesforce skills
