We are seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator** who will engage in a range of tasks including **communication management, customer service, administrative duties, and logístical coordination.**

**Our Office Administrator Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Retrieve messages from overnight calls on the answering service line and distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Type up service calls following the provided script and pass them to the appropriate dispatcher.
- Process credit card payments for deposits or final payments.
- Enter new GNET leads for distribution by the appropriate sales team leader.
- Open incoming mail, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Mail invoices and any outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that office supplies are stocked, and equipment is in working order.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and any industry-specific guidelines.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.

**The Profile of the Office Administrator We Are Looking for**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
