Shield Security Services is seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Assist in payroll and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, engaging in contract negotiations as required.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, and TrackTik.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and invoicing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent file management skills, both physical and electronic.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Social Media, and Website management is an asset.
