Longwood Building Corporation is seeking for a motived individual for an office support staff able to handle a variety of duties.

**Duties**:

- Prepare Project files and maintain with upgrades, change orders and notices.
- Assist accounting department as directed using Sage 300 software, printing invoices and seperate, highlight and code invoices
- Administrative support to Accounting, Sales, Service Departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages
- Create, update and review reports, documents and memos
- Maintain office supplies - organize and take inventory
- scanning, saving and filing of Purchase agreements
- miscellaneous tasks given to support others in the office

**Qualifications**:

- Must have strong MS Office skills - excel, outlook, word
- Accounting aptitude with a concise attention to detail
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Construction industry experience a definite asset
- 2 Years Business Administration experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
