**Requirements**:

- 2 years Accounting and Reception Experience

- Focused on maintaining positive professional customer relationships
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Ability to excel in a team environment

**Front Desk & Administrative Support**
- Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- **Office Setting**: The role requires frequent interaction with staff, clients, and vendors, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. This combined role is ideal for individuals who have experience in both financial processing and front desk operations and are seeking a position with diverse responsibilities in a dynamic workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
