**DUTIES**:

- Assist to coordinate and implement fundraising events, YWCA Lethbridge & District signature events, and third-party events.
- Implement planned events including booking event space, arranging food and beverage, ordering supplies and AV equipment, communicating event logistic, order event swag, and ensuring appropriate materials are available on-site to meet the quality and YWCA Lethbridge expectations.
- Ability to develop ideas for-cause marketing campaigns and programs that drive donor engagement and awareness.
- Assist in production and distribution of mailings, reports and annual donor gift summaries.
- Effectively collaborate with all departments to support the writing and development of grant proposals that will further the ability of the YWCA to support the community.
- Building effective appeals, campaigns and renewal messaging for individuals and businesses to solicit donations and sponsorships.
- Communicate the mission of the YWCA Lethbridge & District through various channels including written letters, social media, and in-person representation.
- Perform other assigned administrative support duties as required to support the External Relations department.

- Bachelor's degree or better in Communication
