Office Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer support by greeting clients and answering inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Manage communication and paperwork for drivers and sub-contractors.
- Maintain filing system and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software, including Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
