Parkland Courier and Logistics is the reliable and economical solution for total freight movement. We are a family-owned company known for our incredible customer service, and now we are looking for a new addition to our tight-knit team.

We are looking for a full time Office Administrator

**Duties to Include**:

- Sage 50 data entry - Sage 50 experience is a MUST
- Accounts Receivable - Invoicing and Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Bi-weekly Payroll for an average of 25 employees
- Assistance to Senior Management
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Bank Reconciliations
- Microsoft Office capabilities - notably Excel
- Professional and courteous customer service

**We are looking for**:

- A positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.

- 8 hour shift
