Administrative Assistant

We are hiring for a administrative support position. The position will support a variety of departments, interact with team members and customers on a routine basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Takes initiative and flows to the work
- Works well independently
- Great written and oral communication
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- Working in a professional environment
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- PC software knowledge required: filing, good organizational, communications, and record keeping skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
