We are looking for an individual who will assist the office with incoming calls, dealing with online communication, filing, checking mails, marketing of new clients and general office help. Prior work experience is a must. Excellent communication is important and a team-player mind-set is essential. We look for people who is fast-learner.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Assisting in any administrative duties needed by marketing team or management
- Assisting in marketing to bring in new clients
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management, highly organized, prioritization and detail oriented abilities

Experience/Education
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Previous reception/administrative experience an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good English communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
