**Job Summary**:
As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales targets, contribute to the overall profitability of the dealership, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Proactively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Provide informative and compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
**Sales Process**:Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Conduct test drives and effectively communicate the features and benefits of different vehicle models.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Demonstrate expertise in explaining the unique selling points of various vehicle models.
**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Sales Targets**:Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
**Documentation**:Accurately complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales and financing.
**Market Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
