All Auto Sales
We are a continuously developing company that deals mainly with the sale of used cars. Our aim is to make sure that every customer who comes to buy a car receives a good service and shopping experience, which requires an experienced salesperson to provide.
The duties and responsibilities of a Sales person typically revolve around building relationships with potential and existing customers and demonstrating the benefits of the product.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting their desired vehicles
- Provide accurate information about the vehicles, including pricing, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales
- Work closely with our finance department to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage future business
- Responsible for market development, customer maintenance and sales management in assigned areas
- Make your own sales plan
- Collect and find customer information and establish customer files.
- Assist sales supervisor to develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantify sales target.
- Develop the budget for sales expenses, control the cost of sales and improve sales profit.
- To do the signing of sales contracts, performance and management and other related work, as well as coordination and handling of various market issues.
- Summarize and coordinate the supply demand plan, as well as develop the supply deployment plan.
- Receive visiting customers, as well as comprehensive coordination of daily sales affairs
**Requirements**:
- More than **TWO** years of sales experience
- A passion for sales work and the courage to face challenges.
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
