- Job Summary**Mandate**:
The Administrative Officer (AO) is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the Division and supports the Executive Director (ED) with strategic planning and priorities. The position reports directly to and works closely with the Executive Director and is a member of the LTSI leadership team. This role works collaboratively with Division staff on initiatives and act as a resource on policies and procedures.

**Objectives**:

- Improve current processes and optimize procedures to ensure effective use of university resources.
- Oversee office operations and planning, financial management and assistance to the ED, directors and managers.
- Support to the ED to meet long-term planning and academic goals of the division.
- Supervision of administrative staff including recruiting, performance development, coaching, and workload management.
- Act as a resource to directors and managers regarding recruitment, performance planning, review and management for staff members and workload management.
- Job RequirementsThis position requires an undergraduate degree or level of education, training, and experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree plus three years of related administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
