About Us:
We are a Western Wastewater System, Based in Saanich, BC, serving southern Vancouver Island & the Gulf Islands. We design & install new septic systems and offer maintenance, inspection & restoration services for aging ones.

Job Title: Administrative Office Assistant

Location: Saanichton, B.C

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in office operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, documents as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Assist with daily tasks
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, One Drive.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
