Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Commercial Building Cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
