Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Commercial Building Cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
