Job Summary:
As Change Lead, you'll be the strategic powerhouse driving change initiatives to success. Your focus on the human side of change, from processes to technology, ensures projects meet objectives on time and budget. Your primary mission is crafting and implementing strategies that boost employee adoption, minimize resistance, and lead to faster, more proficient utilization. The result? What you'll be doing:

- Work collaboratively with the Communication teams support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Assess, measure and report on the change through analyses and assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to manage change resistance
- Consult and coach project teams and leaders
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Engages and coaches senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders to embrace their role as change sponsors and leaders to help the organization through transformational and transactional change
- Supports leaders to develop a clear vision of the future state and define the change that will occur.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Ensures a positive work environment and awareness by all staff of company goals and objectives and creates an environment oriented towards trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort.

What you'll have:

- A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- A successful, proven track record with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Demonstrated leadership and pro-active thinking
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Strategic and tactical thinking, with focused attention on details, results, and execution
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members
- Orchestrate organizational adoption of new processes requiring behavioral and cultural change
- Excellent written communication and training development skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organization skills supported by strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization and have the ability to present to executive leadership team
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Change management certification or designation desired
