FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life
- The Strategic FP&A Director will serve as a thought leader and partner to the FP&A team, the broader CFO organization.
- The Director will lead and coach both a small direct team, as well as multiple cross-functional work-streams, and partner with teams across FP&A, Strategy, Lululemon Evolution Office (LEO), Corporate Development, and more.
- Lead finance partner for lululemon's long-range planning process and provide thought partnership and ad-hoc support to our key stakeholders
- Assess and analyze market trends, industry developments, and financial implications to support informed decision-making.
- Steer the company towards it's goals. Revenue growth, sustainability, environmental impact, and more.
- Optimize ROIC (Return on Invested Capital) metrics for performance evaluation
- Leverage experience in integrated retail to bring industry-specific insights and best practice

qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience with internal function within a large corporation.
- Experience in capital structure metrics, market analysis, and valuation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional business acumen.
- Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex and changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
