Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development, the Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in our Talent Acquisition and HR operations. **As a Human Resources Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Actively participate in the entire recruitment process for all open positions (management, professional, production);
- Manage the administration of a large volume of offers for hourly and salaried positions;
- Strategically post positions to maximize search and recruitment efficiency on various platforms (LinkedIn, social networks, educational institutions);
- Validate required skills and conduct screening and pre-interviews, particularly for unionized production positions;
- Help coordinate and schedule interviews (MS Outlook);
- Participate in the improvement and standardization of processes, tools and forms in collaboration with the Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner;
- Work daily with the recruitment platform (VidCruiter);
- Support the organization of new employee orientation sessions;
- Administer and track monthly payments for various suppliers and process HR invoices;
- Support HR's digital journey with efforts to digitize files and processes.

**To join our team, you must hold**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (CHRP or in progress) ;
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently;
- Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Experience and mastery of social networks and their use in recruitment;
- Thoroughness and rigor;
- Customer focus;
- Strong team spirit;
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment, an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, necessary to communicate effectively with our internal customers, suppliers and business partners;
- Experience with HRIS or ATS tools would be an asset;
- Solid command of the Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
