**The Opportunity**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**HR Responsibilities**
- Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at offsite job fairs and networking events to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.
- Report on talent acquisition statistics and analytics to management on a weekly basis.
- Collect and enter applicants into the HRIS system.
- Shortlist applicants using hiring manager criteria along with a variety of selection techniques including psychometric and technical testing.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Perform preliminary interviews.
- Assist HR Manager with employee onboarding process.
- Update electronic personnel files.

**Office Operations Responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain adequate office supply inventory.
- Manage food and beverages for employees and office visitors as necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3 years work experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with recruiting platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, background screening etc.).
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other software tools.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to get to grips with new programs and software quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize between several different searches at various stages simultaneously.
- A diligent approach when maintaining, monitoring, calculating and summarizing data, records, and information.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with FinTech is an asset.
- Familiarity with Google Suite is an asset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
