**Responsibilities**:
Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees
Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, time off requests
Actively participate in recruitment efforts, ensuring a talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
Contribute to the development of communication plans to enhance HR service delivery.
Proactively assess and innovate HR operations to enhance effectiveness.
Implement performance management initiatives tailored to the specific unit.
Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.
Optimize the office environment to boost employee satisfaction.
Refine welfare programs and implement measures to enhance the welfare system.
Foster a positive and productive workplace atmosphere through administrative initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
HR domain expertise in areas such as compliance, policymaking, compensation and benefits, and organization development.
Experience in talent acquisition, including employee assimilation, hiring, and deployment.
Ability to facilitate the timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.
Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization.
**Requirements**:
- Canadian citizens and those legally entitled to work in Canada are encouraged to apply.
**Salary**: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
