**ROLE SUMMARY**:
This is a role for an Office Manager of a pharmacy. The Office Manager will oversee a small team (3-5 employees) and lead them in all non-regulated activities. These activities include:

- Inbound and outbound calls to patients & physician offices
- Processing patient billing
- Preparing shipping & packaging
- Ordering inventory and supplies
- Performing office administrative tasks (e.g. filing, payroll)

The role will be a hands-on role, meaning the Office Manager is not just delegating, but actively participating in these activities as needed.

**ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Professional Experience** - At least 3 years of experience in a medical/dental/pharmaceutical office
- **Customer Service Experience** - An ever-present customer-centric mindset
- **Operations Experience** - Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiencies and installing performance metrics
- **Technology & Project Management Experience** - Led projects involving technology change, including generating requirements, and coordinating implementations to allow for the continued functioning of day-to-day activities
- **A Positive Mindset** - A “can do” attitude, mental agility to switch between responsibilities, resiliency to withstand times when things do not go according to plan, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
