The Office Manager is a critical position at OFI. This position reports to the Executive Director and will have some Executive Assistant responsibilities. The Office Manager handles very confidential materials and must carry out responsibilities with a high degree of independence. This position will have some HR type responsibilities, and bookkeeping responsibilities, including ensuring new employees are onboarded to the organization and that all new hire paperwork is completed. Provide backup payroll duties. The position will provide support to all Senior Management and Case Managers, and the Board of Directors. And ensure the overall effective operation of the office.

In accordance with company policies and procedures oversees processing of accounting support functions including: billing, verifications and payments of invoices, petty cash. Assist with Benefits paperwork administration.

Ensure the main office has office supplies. Lead on arranging all building repairs as needed. Support supply for other locations as requested by Residential Mgr.

Administrative Support for the Board. Responsible for Board minutes and scheduling support. Other administrative, office management, executive assistant type duties and other relevant duties as required.

Direct supervision and evaluation of front desk admin staff.

**Qualifications**:
5 years of office administration experience. Bookkeeping, general office and accounts receivable experience. Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks would be valuable. Ability to multi-task and set priorities while working with mínimal supervision. Ability to display compassion and remain calm in stressful situations. Working knowledge of office equipment including, calculators, copiers, printers, and fax machines. Clear communication skills both orally and in writing. Clear understanding of confidential matters and documents.

Clear Adult Abuse Registry and clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Person sector.

Compensation to be negotiated. Benefits according to company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
