Jammu Capital is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to provide administration and reception support for our rapidly growing company in our modern downtown office. We are looking for someone who has a bubbly personality, a self-starter, diligent, dynamic, go-getter, friendly and extremely organized.

Join our team as a highly organized and experienced Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating directly with management and associates in a fun office environment, with substantial growth potential.

Job Summary:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow between our real estate investment, property management, and construction teams. Your role will encompass administrative, operational, and organizational responsibilities to maintain a productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and greet visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Light social media duties

2. Office Operations:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the team.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.

3. Financial Support:

- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure financial documents are organized and up-to-date.

4. Communication and Liaison:

- Serve as the point of contact between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Act as a liaison between the real estate investment, property management, and construction teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

5. Team Support:

- Provide support to the executive team and staff with various administrative tasks.
- Assist in HR-related activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
