**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations, including filing systems and clerical tasks to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Supervise clerical staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Oversee inventory management of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in human resources or team management is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when supervising staff.
- Familiarity with general office equipment and technology.
