Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other computerized systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing files.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
- Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure seamless patient flow and support.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette is essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes.
