**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Provide information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable always.
- Schedule appointments for service and sales departments, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support sales and service teams with various tasks as needed, including preparing documents and processing transactions.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain inventory.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating dealership events and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of powersport vehicles and products is an asset but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
