We are looking for a temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for 5-6 months to cover for a maternity leave. In this important support role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations, and administrative activities. As the first point of contact for our clients and central person for out office, a thorough understanding of our services (training provided) with the ability to command the front desk with confidence and a great personality is imperative. The receptionist will be confident, enthusiastic, and full of life; a professional and cheerful communicator who can multi-task and stay organized. You will be required to attend to telephone calls & visitors, process and receive payments, ensure forms are completed, mail is distributed, keep common space(s) and front desk area immaculate, order supplies and keep inventory stocked. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for composing letters, creating notices, organizing the office, track tenant/owner information, uploading documents and help other departments within the office.
