- liaising between the professionals and clientele. Confidentiality is very important. The ideal person is friendly, detail-oriented, empathetic and highly responsible.

Accountability and team work are absolutely essential.

The anticipated hours are:
Week 1 & 3: Monday through Thursday 1-9pm,

Week 2 & 4: Monday
- Thursday 6:30am-2:00pm with Friday 7am-5pm.

*flexibility to switch shifts with your colleague (if needed), and for 4-6 Saturdays per year are important.

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or G.E.D.

*Medical Admin diploma valued

*Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

*Professional, positive verbal and written communication

*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task

*Accountable and responsible

*Organized willing to take initiative

*Able to adapt to change

*Understanding of HIPAA and PIPEDA

*Competent computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,200.00 per month
