Receptionist/Office Assistant
Mayfair Immigration Services Ltd.
We’re seeking full time (30-40 hours/week) Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
Duties include:
1. Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and book appointments
2. Greeting all customers in courteous manner
3. Attending to visitors
4. Maintaining a professional atmosphere in the reception area
5. You may be required to perform some administrative duties
**Skills**:
- Phone etiquettes
- Computer skills
- Fast learner
- Good computer knowledge
Compensation: $40,000/year
(Pay rate will be decided based on your experience)
Extended benefits will be provided after completion of probation period.
