**Responsibilities**:
**Tier 1 - Gift & Admin Support**
- Processes all gifts including donor, event, sponsorship, and gifts in kind, and ensures they are posted to the correct fund in a timely fashion
- Prepares tax receipts and thank you letters from a database mail merge for prompt signatures and mailing after a gift has been processed
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail; flags and elevates donors for more in‐depth stewardship as required
- Manages the inventory of all office supplies, eg. letterhead, cards, stationery, pens etc. ensuring the office stays within the allocated budget
- Provides phone, absence, and vacation coverage for the Annual Giving Coordinator when required
- Other related duties as assigned
**Tier 2 - Data Support**
- Leads the execution of data projects, implementation of new processes, and identification of new technologies by collaborating with other team members as necessary
- Creates, maintains and produces lists, reports and analytical dashboards for each appeal to assist the fundraising group
- Enters fiscal Development Metrics into the Development Plan, Fundraising Plan, and Annual Report, and prepares data pulls as required
- In collaboration with the Accounting Coordinator, researches and implements new features of Raisers Edge as they become available, to ensure the full functionality of Raisers Edge most recent version is always used to the Foundation’s advantage.
- Develops donation and intake forms, in collaboration with the Development Team, and ensures the accuracy and functionality of these forms is available prior to each event or appeal
- Performs detailed data analysis for all fundraising campaigns and appeal,
- Assists in data process automations and integrations between different data sources and technology platforms
**Reporting Structure**
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Accounting Services
**Must Haves**:
- 1‐3 years experience in a similar role
- Superior donor/customer relations skills, and ability to demonstrate these in a donor‐centric environment
- Experience with data management/CRM software such as Raisers Edge or similar
- Ability to work independently and on various tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly

**Compensation & Benefits**
Annual Compensation: $60,000 ‐ $70,000
