Une journée dans la vie:
Ce poste est un poste temporaire pour une période de 6 mois. Dans ce rôle, vous serez sur place 5 jours par semaine à notre emplacement de Québec, Pointe-Claire, et vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes:
- Numériser des documents en format numérique.
- Manipuler des documents sensibles : Remplir, stocker et manipuler des copies papier en respectant les normes de confidentialité.
- Gestion de documents : enregistrer, stocker, copier et gérer des documents dans des fichiers électroniques.
- Trier et séparer les pages des documents.
- Respecter les instructions : suivre les instructions de numérisation pour assurer un traitement efficace et précis.
- Vous communiquerez avec les autres membres du personnel qui ont des questions sur le projet de numérisation.
Conditions à remplir:
- 2 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente
- Connaissance du français et de l'anglais parlés et écrits, en raison de la portée internationale des activités opérationnelles de l'organisation.

Un atout supplémentaire:
- Expérience dans un environnement de bureau
- Bonne connaissance pratique des suites Microsoft Office
- Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite
- Compétences en matière de gestion du temps
- Capacité à suivre des lignes directrices

General HR Clerk II

This position can only be filled by a external employee. Not eligible for internal employees due to the nature of the work.

A day in the life:
This role is a temporary position for a period of 6 months. In this role you will be onsite 5 days a week at our Quebec, Pointe Claire location performing the following tasks:
- Scanning documents into digital formats.
- Handling sensitive documents: Filling, storing and handling hard copies according to confidentiality standards.
- Managing documents: saving, storing, copying and managing documents in electronic files.
- Sorting and separating pages of documents.
- Adhering to instructions: Following scanning instructions to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- You will communicate with other staff who have inquiries about the scanning project.
Must Have:
- 2 + years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of both spoken and written French and English, due to the international scope of the organization's operational activities.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in an office setting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
- Strong reading communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to follow guidelines
