**About the role**

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, the HR Technician will actively participate in coordinating human resources initiatives, including recruitment processes, and maintaining complete employee files. Additionally, the incumbent will engage in diverse HR tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.

**Responsibilities**

**Recruitment**
- Track hours for agency temporary workers, get timesheets approved and sent to agencies.
- Assist in preparing the necessary documents (HR checklist, payroll), have them completed and ensure their follow-up for any staff movement (promotion, transfer, and termination).

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Responsible for sending documents, tracking memberships, changes, and terminations for group insurance and RRSP programs.
- Approve purchases of clothing, footwear and eyewear for warehouse employees.
- Manage any recognition program (including years of service and birthdays) by ensuring the necessary organization, communication, and follow-up.
- **Special projects**: update beneficiary data for all participants.

**Occupational Health and Safety**
- Follow up on first aid kits and order supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to exercise discretion and respect confidentiality.
- Initiative and ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to interact easily with others.
- Disciplined and organized.

**Education and Experience**
- Current studies in human resources or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in human resources, in a support position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English

**Description**

Relevant de la conseillère, ressources humaines, le/la technicien(ne) RH participera activement à la coordination des initiatives en matière de ressources humaines, y compris les processus de recrutement, et à tenir les dossiers employés complets. Le titulaire participera à diverses tâches et projets liés aux ressources humaines, selon les besoins, contribuant ainsi à l'efficience et à l'efficacité globales du département des ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités**

**Dotation**
- Assurer le suivi des heures pour les temporaires d’agence, faire approuver les feuilles de temps et les faire parvenir aux agences.
- Participer à la préparation des documents nécessaires (RH checklist, paie), les faire compléter et en assurer le suivi pour tout mouvement de personnel (promotion, transfert et terminaison).

**Rémunération et avantages sociaux**
- Responsable de l’envoi des documents, suivi des adhésions, changements et terminaisons pour les programmes d’assurance-groupe et de REER.
- Approuver les achats de vêtements, chaussures et lunettes pour les employés d’entrepôt.
- Participer à la gestion de programme de reconnaissance (incluant entre autres celui des années de service et des anniversaires de naissance) en assurant l
