**What you will do**:

- Facilitate activities within HR (human resources) department in the day-to-day operations
- Maintain the CRM database of our customers
- Respond to customer calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide them with a remarkable experience
- Good phone etiquette
- Organize, plan and coordinate schedule appointments, follow-ups, cancellations and manage special customer requests
- Continuously monitor staff calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
- Help in different departments as needed
- Process texts, archive, copy, print, publish, organize, etc

**What you must have**:

- 1 year of customer service experience - good track record
- Bilingual
- Disciplined and motivated
- Have good listening skills
- Ability to follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Naturally positive, open to new learning
- Find creative solutions to unforeseen events and problems
- Great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
- Proficiency in computer
