**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Undergraduate degree in Education, Business Administration or related field

**Experience**:

- 5 years’ experience in student affairs
- Experience in experiential learning program design and delivery
- 3 years’ experience supervising staff and projects
- Experience with industry and community partnership development is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong understanding of experiential learning theory, best practices, and key strategies for implementation
- Proven ability to build reciprocal and sustainable partnerships with internal units and external organizations
- Well-developed public speaking and facilitation skills across a diverse spectrum of stakeholders (e.g., staff, faculty, students, partners, and funders)
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative programs based on best practices, and in response to emerging student and campus needs
- Strong supervisory and coaching skills to facilitate staff development and performance evaluation
- Ability to establish effective routines for excellent communication with all members of a team to maximize productivity
- Ability to motivate others to maintain quality services and programming in a constantly changing environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, including managing multiple competing priorities and an ability to adapt quickly to emerging priorities
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within the university
- Judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a consultative and collaborative leadership approach to addressing issues and opportunities
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including sold negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
