***What You Will Do**:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
- Facilitate integration of learning initiatives across work platforms.
- Promote learning and assist in pursuing funding to grow this initiative.
- Work collaboratively with HR and managers to ensure relevance and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Support the onboarding process by providing content and a variety of methods by which onboarding content is delivered.
- Ongoing refinement of the learning and leadership development strategy.
- Develop SOPs and guiding frameworks for content design, development of new delivery methods that serve learner needs, promotion of learning. opportunities and management of technology systems.
- Develop levels of learning for Goodwill, design and deliver content for each skill area.
- Develop and support the promotion process for all learning initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and improve upon inclusivity and ability to meet the learning needs of every person.
- Regularly report about learning progress and growth across Goodwill to leadership and use feedback to improve content offering and delivery.
- Support the regular communication of learning progress to employees, and work with teams to ensure that learning translates into growth in career and in Goodwill.
- Follow all safety standards set out in legislation and/or Goodwill policies.
- Be actively involved in the health, well-being and safety of themselves and their team.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Effective leadership characteristics - humility, empathy, courage - to inspire and enact change.
- Exceptional listening skills and high emotional intelligence, respecting differences between various ethnic groups and gender in the workplace.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Leadership role.
- Post-secondary education in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field; an equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
