Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Mississauga, Canada PastaCo (Mississauga Office) Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- General administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities, including entering purchase orders and bills, invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, payables, monitoring and assisting in collection of receivables.
- Liaise with sales and warehousing staff on daily activities including orders, invoicing, delivery schedules, etc.
- Manage online sales including order preparation, label printing, shipments as required.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form
- Greet visitors and customers at the reception
- Maintaining systems, supplies etc. at the office, as required
- Produce Management Reporting package as required.

**Skills**:

- Able to use the main software packages competently. Experience with QuickBooks will be preferred.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with coworkers.
- Able to work well with others
- Professional appearance and manners
- Able to work on your own
- Customer service skills
