**Duties**:

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to the bookkeeping team, such as filing documents and organizing records
- Assist with customer support inquiries related to billing and financial matters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize Google Suite tools to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Follow proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers
- Expense-tracking
- Reviewing mail, keeping the office tidy and organized
- Updating client information and managing client database
- Managing client relationship tasks such as following up and ensuring all required

documents are collected and correctly completed
- QuickBooks - accounts receivables, accounts payables
- Invoicing with precise attention to detail
- Sourcing quotes on materials and parts from suppliers and vendor
- Preparing job packages for new jobs
- Creating building reports after jobs are completed
- Creating WSIB Clearance Certificates and obtaining Insurance Certificates
- Answering phones and general customer service

**Skills**:

- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience working at the front desk or in a customer support role is a plus
- Strong file management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred\
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
