**Key Responsibilities**:
Recruiting Assistance: Collaborate with the Executive team to support the recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as managing calendars, answering phone calls, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various projects by managing timelines, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.

Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $41,600.00-$45,000.00 per year
