As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations at our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, patient intake, and supporting our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and healthcare administration to be part of a supportive and dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of clinic time.

Process patient intake forms and update medical records in our electronic health system.

Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and other administrative duties as needed.

Handle office supplies and inventory management.

Support the clinical team with patient follow-ups and other tasks as required.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Ensure compliance with clinic policies and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude toward patients.

High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Previous experience in chiropractic or physiotherapy settings is a plus, but not required.

Experience with Jane app is a big bonus
