**Administrative Assistant**

Since 2004, Fina Electrical has been a leader in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical services, known for quality, reliability, and family values.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with the company, with the potential to advance into a more senior position

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and direct calls and greet walk-ins.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Schedule pickups and receive deliveries for miscellaneous items.
- Assist with IT support and coordinate network issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of outside areas and warehouse.
- Enter vendor invoices into Sage, sort invoices and submit for approval.
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative or similar experience preferred.
- Invoicing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
