**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new prospects and expanding the client base.
- IT support within our registries
- Pro Rate and Commercial vehicle processes

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Cores 1/2/3 certifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive business success.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
