Position Overview:
This individual will gather and analyze relevant market data to identify potential commercial opportunities and trends. The Corporate Accounts Manager will demonstrate a long-term understanding and appreciation of the customer’s financial position in order to identify potential future opportunities.

**Job Description**:

- Develop a strategic business plan that encompasses all elements of customer activity to be used as a complete customer strategy; deliver profitable growth, and develop and deliver appropriate individual customer solutions
- Support regional and internal teams, influence and maximize the customer experience.
- Consistent communication with all relevant branch personnel in order to drive consistency with the customer throughout the Region.
- Work alongside CAT finance, with the use of credit line positioning and financial engineering, to influence the appropriate cost of ownership.
- Be an ambassador of the Finning safety culture and ensure that the safety practices of the customer and Finning are aligned. Also, promote Caterpillar Safety Solutions where applicable.
- Infusing the team and organizations with a sense of urgency. Creating a culture where organizational performance is always top of mind. Communicating a vision, setting priorities, developing and executing plans that achieve the desired outcome
- Communicate and develop account status with the global CAT relationship. A strong partnership with the Cat Corporate Accounts team will be imperative in order to achieve success. Identify and manage any cross-divisional opportunities so that a seamless, integrated approach is presented.
- Understand and develop government and indigenous relations as they pertain to Finning interests. Create a better understanding of how to work cohesively and beneficially in the governmental world and indigenous culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 10+ years of Heavy Equipment Industry experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ of Sales Management or Major Account Management experience, preferably with thorough knowledge of service operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Shows initiative; is a self-starter and can motivate others; ability to drive results and attain goals
- Strives for teamwork and collaboration within the Finning network; able to communicate with customers at all levels
- Analytical thinker; can maneuver within a spreadsheet and analyze historical data in order to create a forward plan
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of local marketing initiatives and thorough understanding of major account planning
